These sessions do not include medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions and do not replace in-person medical care. After purchasing your service hours, you or the consultant can initiate a private message within the platform. Using the internal messaging system and according to the consultant's availability, you coordinate the date and time of the advisory session. Right there, a video call link can be shared using the consultant's preferred system.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other trusted payment gateways. You do not need to share financial information with Conzultos; transaction security is guaranteed by the payment provider.
There are no refunds for purchased hours. If you need to reschedule an advisory session, coordinate directly with the consultant at least 24 hours in advance based on availability.
All messages and attachments shared on Conzultos are encrypted and kept secure. Conzultos is designed for advisory sessions only and does not provide medical treatment.You decide what information or files to share — only provide what you're comfortable sharing for the session.
